Air Conditioning Maintenance

Our trained professionals are certified to provide maintenance on all makes and models.

Air conditioning systems require annual preventive maintenance by a certified company, who will thoroughly check safety controls, fuel supply, poisonous combustion discharge functions and electrical connections to ensure safe operation.

Did you know?

The average heating and air conditioning system runs for approximately 2,000 hours per year. If you drove your car 45 miles per hour for 2,000 hours, you would drive 90,000 miles. Would you drive 90,000 miles without proper maintenance?

Efficency Fun Facts

Dust Buildup
A buildup of just one 100th of an inch of dirt or film on an evaporator coil can reduce its efficiency by 5%, and 0.042 inches of dirt can result in a decrease of efficiency of 21%.
Electrical Efficiency
A dirty evaporator coil, condenser coil or blower could increase air conditioning or heat pump electrical usage by 50% or more. A blower wheel with lint and dust provides 15-20% less air. The result is lower efficiency. A dirty blower wheel usually indicates a dirty evaporator coil. Clean systems restore capacity and lessen run time, thereby reducing operating costs and extending system life span.
Energy Saving
Countless university and utility company studies have shown that homeowners save significant amounts of energy and money when they have regular maintenance and cleaning of their air conditioning systems.
